KAY SHEPARD , GRI, CSSN

Kay Shepard focuses on the marketing and sale of residential land to developers and homebuilders. As a service to her clients, she has process land through General Plan Amendments, Re-zoning and through final plat.

Kay received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University in 1979. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed real estate agent and a Certified Land Specialist.

Her background includes five (5) years on the South Mountain Village Planning Committee in the City of Phoenix (2 years as vice-chair and 2 years as chair), former member of South Mountain Chamber of Commerce, and served on various City of Phoenix Committees. She has a history of staying involved and acting as a leader in her community.
Kay is on the Commercial Leadership Council in Phoenix, AZ and the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Lifestyle Realty.
